Add the ability to select date of departure when adding optional extras.

When you do a booking for 1 night and want to add extras for the guest ( for example breakfast ) it doesn't give the permission to put the date of the next day

let's say we are today 11/10/22 and you want to put a breakfast for th 12/10 .. Its automatically gives you the date of today as of 11/10

so when you prepare a quote for a city ledger they get confused
