Custom Reports

Instead of lots of different report types, there should be a way to select various report fields, during a selectable time span to generate a report. This should include being able to select the custom fields for bookings.

Ability to send a payment link to take a payment for an issued invoice

After an invoice has been issued, I would like to send the invoice to that guest via email, along with a payment link. When the link is clicked, it would take the guest to a payments page to make a payment for that invoice.

When entering or retrieving a card Split up card number into 4 digit sections to make it easier to read

the card number appears as 16 digits without any spaces. Please show them like most system do, with spaces/

Uniform dating format across all areas of roommaster.

For U.S. users, the date format of Month/Day/Year is used throughout roommaster except for all communication which is confusing for recipients of invoice or booking emails. Since the format defaults to the European format, a date such as May 7th, ...

Daily log of employee activities

A daily log of all the changes made by each user/employee on each reservation. Once this is implemented, the hotel manager does not need to go through each and every reservation to review all the changes/updates made.

Ability to text Customer

The ability to confirm booking received (auto email and auto text from booking engine), the ability from the front desk to text the customer, the room is ready, your room # may have changed, and verify guest is checking out or checked out.
