We got this feedback from most of our US clients saying that the current date format is a bit confusing on sending booking confirmations to the guests as it has the European format (dd/mm/yyyy) while they need it on the US format (mm/dd/yyyy).

Future consideration
Group bookings & group block invoices, booking confirmations & other print/email communications should list all of the rooms reserved, total # of guests & group block code
This would benefit our lodge every day. It would reduce our required printed forms to only one and save a lot of time for staff and customers. It would enable us to send only one email to confirm a group of reservations instead of having to email ...
