Should be able to process credit payments directly from the ledger accounts.

Currently, you can only add a receipt of a payment to a ledger account using the choices of payment types like; cash, check, visa, etc. However, you can't actually process a credit card payment from the ledger account. Sometimes businesses will provide their credit card to process a payment for the ledger account balances which include multiple guest stays but they only want the credit card payment to be processed as a single transaction. This makes it difficult to process a credit card payment without being able to do it directly in the ledger account.
