Add Cut Off Time Feature

Currently, you can only cut off bookings by day and not by time. As last-minute bookings are required to boost occupancy, having a booking cut-off by time (in addition to day) would provide flexibility. For example: Monday - Cut off time 10pm; Sunday - Cut off time 9pm.
