TO make Booking more easier and automatic for City Ledgers

Hello Team We should really create some kind of a solution for Cityledgers

Example : Into Booking Engine A city ledger should be able to book a room for their staff with A Code given from us & without inserting any credit card details .

At present a city ledger send us an email . The staff sends a quote then they confirm and we do the booking

It's quite time consuming 😥

I Hope the developers can study this case and make it more user friendly 🙏
