Allow option to require guests to enter in occupancy number

Provide options for managers to REQUIRE guests, when booking online, MUST enter in their number of occupants. Right now it defaults to 2 and a lot of people overlook this which not only can cause bedding issues and fire code violations, but at our business we charge a fee based on occupancy. Just like when you are booking online and you HAVE TO select dates for check-in/check-out. Possible solution to maybe have "0 adults" when booking online, forcing the guest to provide real number of occupants.
