Allow option for managment to add or remove inventory items based on different rooms

I would find this very helpful. For example, we have only 1 room type that is pet friendly, I cannot make it to where it only shows up as add on for that room. It shows up for ALL rooms. Very problematic. Same for rollaway cots that we sell but do not allow in certain rooms for fire code. Thanks.
