Gift Certificates like RM Cloud had!

Having gift certificates the same as RM Cloud had - a dummy reservation, not linked to any room or date, where you could apply customer details to & payments to, with a button to turn it into a reservation when they wanted to use it.

The current RM Anywhere system of using a ledger to record all gift vouchers is clunky, and hard to personalise with all the guest details needed.
