CUSTOMER PROFILE

Currently a new Customer Profile is created for every booking - so if a guest books via Booking.com for example a profile is created for this automatically, guest who regularly book this way can end up with multiple profiles which then have to be merged, which in itself is a long winded process (could this be simplified so that multiple profiles can be merged at the same time.

Also when dealing with, for example Booking.com it is possible to send pre-arrival information to each guest via Booking.com extranet however as Booking.com do not supply a valid email address (they generate their own email address for each booking) & therefore this makes the facility for using Welcome/RoomMaster communications invalid, could there be a way of de-selecting any profile which includes a non valid email address, I can realise that no communication would be made without a valid email, but there are times where we may not want to communicate with certain clients which at the moment is impossible (it's either send pre/post stay email or dont)
