Hide Rate Details during self-checkin process

A client trying out our self checkin feature noticed we are including rate details on the summary page (screenshot attached). The problem with this is that if the booking was Shipped through a third party the amount stated may be less commissions so wouldn't be right that the customer sees this. They also sell groupon vouchers so don't want the guest to see the amount they expecting from groupon.

The suggestion here would be to have a config option to turn off rate details on this summary page.
