Shuffle Row

A Spare Row in the 'Diary' View to facilitate easier reshuffling of bookings. This would essentially be it's own row at the bottom, allowing a user to temporarily 'park' a booking there whilst they move a booking into it's exisitng space.

Currently, moving bookings between rooms requires un-allocation, or moving to empty spots in the future. This has caused problems with bookings not being restored to the correct date.
