Ability to make Optional Extras available on certain days only (not everyday)

Some Optional Extras (eg tours) run only select days of the week (eg Mon, Wed, Fri), however we must allocate a daily rate to Optional Extras in the set up. Therefore we cannot add these Optional Extras to online bookings as guests would be able to select the Optional Extra on a day that it is not available.
