An ability to mark a customer as - "Do not rent". Hence, the system will notify the front desk staff if this customer tries to book via frontdesk, phone or email.
Ability to send a payment link to take a payment for an issued invoice
After an invoice has been issued, I would like to send the invoice to that guest via email, along with a payment link. When the link is clicked, it would take the guest to a payments page to make a payment for that invoice.

It would be great to have the date of last stay listed in the customer statistics within the booking form. At present, the user needs to access customer record and history to find date of last stay. This is workable but ineffecient.
